How much does shipping cost? 

Canada: Whitney Linen offers complimentary express shipping for orders over $150. Express shipping for orders under $150 will be charged a flat rate of $5. 

USA: For US addresses, Whitney Linen offers complimentary express shipping for orders over $250 CAD. Express shipping for orders under $250 CAD will be charged a flat rate of $15 CAD. Please note any taxes and duties are the customer's responsibility. 

International: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Please note any taxes and duties are the customer's responsibility. 

How long will it take my order to ship? 

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days, but please allow up to 10 business days for fulfillment during busy periods. 

My order shipped. How long will it take for my package to be delivered? 

Most Canadian and US orders arrive within 3-8 business days. Please allow more time for Northern regions and remote areas.
