Return Policy

Whitney Linen is committed to providing the best shopping experience for our customers.

We will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the shipping date. Please email for your return authorization number. 

Returned merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, or otherwise unused, in re-sellable condition. Returns will not be accepted if they do not follow our policy.

Regrettably, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and the customer must arrange and pay for return shipping to Whitney Linen.

All body care products and linen sprays are final sales.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If a defective or incorrect item has been sent, please email within 7 days of receipt. A customer service representative will contact you within 3 business days.
