Return Policy

Whitney Linen is committed to providing the best shopping experience for our customers.

We will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the shipping date. Please email info@whitneylinen.com for your return authorization number. 

Returned merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, or otherwise unused, in re-sellable condition. Returns will not be accepted if they do not follow our policy.

Regrettably, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and the customer must arrange and pay for return shipping to Whitney Linen.

All body care products and linen sprays are final sales.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If a defective or incorrect item has been sent, please email info@whitneylinen.com within 7 days of receipt. A customer service representative will contact you within 3 business days.
