Shipping
Where do you ship?
Whitney Linen ships worldwide.
Canada: Whitney Linen offers complimentary shipping for orders over $200. Shipping for orders under $200 will be charged a flat rate of $15.
USA: For US addresses, Whitney Linen offers complimentary shipping for orders over $300 CAD. Shipping for orders under $300 CAD will be charged a flat rate of $25 CAD. Please note any taxes and duties are the customer's responsibility.
International: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Please note any taxes and duties are the customer's responsibility.
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days, but please allow up to 10 business days for fulfillment during busy periods.
How long will it take for my package to be delivered?
Most Canadian and US orders arrive within 1-8 business days. Please allow more time for Northern regions and remote areas.
Estimated delivery times for international orders are listed at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Can I pickup my order?
You may select pickup at checkout if you'd prefer to pickup from our studio. We are located in Toronto. Please note, our location is not a traditional retail store. We will contact you to schedule a time to pickup your order once it has been packed.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
All regular priced merchandise is eligible for return. We will accept returns within 15 days of the shipping date. Please email info@whitneylinen.com for a return authorization number.
Returned merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, or otherwise unused, in re-sellable condition. Returns will not be accepted if they do not follow our policy.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and the customer must arrange and pay for return shipping to Whitney Linen.

Exchange Policy
All regular priced merchandise is eligible for exchange. In order to ensure that you receive the new size of item you'd like, we suggest placing a new order. The previous order will be refunded once received back in stock. We will accept exchanges/returns within 15 days of the shipping date. Please email info@whitneylinen.com for a return authorization number.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your item(s) upon receipt. If a defective or incorrect item has been sent, please email info@whitneylinen.com within 7 days of receipt so that we can make it right.
