Whitney Linen offers worldwide shipping!
How much does shipping cost?
Canada: Whitney Linen offers complimentary shipping for orders over $150. Shipping for orders under $150 will be charged a flat rate of $10.
USA: For US addresses, Whitney Linen offers complimentary shipping for orders over $250 CAD. Shipping for orders under $250 CAD will be charged a flat rate of $20 CAD. Please note any taxes and duties are the customer's responsibility.
International: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Please note any taxes and duties are the customer's responsibility.
How long will it take my order to ship?
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days, but please allow up to 10 business days for fulfillment during busy periods.
My order shipped. How long will it take for my package to be delivered?
Most Canadian and US orders arrive within 3-8 business days. Please allow more time for Northern regions and remote areas.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Custom Orders & Monogrammed Items
When will I be charged for pre-orders?
For pre-orders, you will be charged when you place the order.
Can I return or exchange a monogrammed item?
Monogrammed items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
How much does monogramming cost?
We charge a flat rate of $25 to add monogramming.
When will I receive my monogrammed order?
Please allow two weeks for delivery. All monogrammed items ship separately from other ordered items within 10 days.
Returns
How can I return an item?
All regular priced merchandise is eligible for return. We will accept returns within 15 days of the shipping date. Please email info@whitneylinen.com for a return authorization number.
Returned merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, or otherwise unused, in re-sellable condition. Returns will not be accepted if they do not follow our policy.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and the customer must arrange and pay for return shipping to Whitney Linen.
All sale items are final sale.
All body care products and linen sprays are final sale.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If a defective or incorrect item has been sent, please email info@whitneylinen.com within 7 days of receipt. A customer service representative will contact you within 3 business days.
