Returned merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, or otherwise unused, in re-sellable condition. Returns will not be accepted if they do not follow our policy.
Regretably, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and the customer must arrange and pay for return shipping to Whitney Linen.
All body care products and linen sprays are final sale.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If a defective or incorrect item has been sent as a result of our error, please notify us within 14 days of the shipping date. Whitney Linen will be responsible for return postage.
The customer can elect to have the item replaced with no additional shipping charges or to receive a full refund including all shipping and handling charges.
